Dear Visitors,

Nyomtatás

The main building of the Hungarian National Bank is one of the most remarkable architectural monuments in Budapest. The building - which was originally constructed for a central bank - was conveyed to the procurer Austro-Hungarian Bank in the spring of 1905. The designer, Ignác Alpár made an excellent work keeping in mind the specific requirements of a national bank's tasks. This is attested mostly by the fact that this building houses a central bank even today while this inherited monument was kept in the most verisimilar manner. That's why we would like to show you the most beautiful parts of heritage listed headquarter with the help of this virtual walking-around.
